RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

Returns are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before sending any item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and work to make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size or item, please contact us first so we can review exchange eligibility based on product availability.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
